Meet Veronica

While Veronica Basdeo didn't grow up with dreams of baking professionally, she fell in love with cookie decorating. She was especially drawn to its potential to spark joy and build community. 

Her business, The Cookie Lady's Daughter, has since become a community favorite and was even named Worcester's Best Cookie Company by Worcester Business Journal. Veronica has taught over 60 decorating classes and developed nearly 400 original cookie designs.

She has a particular passion for supporting fellow cookiers as they build businesses they are proud of through resource guides, Cookie Class Kits, and pop-up mentoring programs.

What if I’ve already taught decorating classes—is this product for me?

Yes! Even if you have taught cookie decorating classes before - these kits will save you time and simplify your life, allowing you to teach more classes more often. 

Do I have to pay for a subscription or membership to use these kits?

No commitment or subscription is required—you can purchase one kit or buy them all. You can also teach as many classes as you'd like based on the kit at any point after purchase for no additional charge. 

Do I have to credit The Cookie Lady’s Daughter when using a kit to teach a class?

We ask that you give credit for the kit's design in your marketing and class materials. All images are marked with "Design credit: The Cookie Lady's Daughter.” 

Can I use my own cutters that are similarly shaped?

Each kit was thoughtfully designed with similarly sized and shaped cutters to create a cohesive set. Icing quantities and decorating instructions are also indicated based on our custom cutters. For these reasons, please do not use your cutters or alter the designs when using our Cookie Class Kits. You can choose to purchase our physical cutters or the STL files to print them on your 3D printer. 

Can I change the colors or designs of the kit I’ve purchased and promoted?

No, we ask that you stay true to the designs, cutter shapes, and colors indicated for the Cookie Class Kit to ensure you are marketing your class transparently.
