Local Cookie Decorating Classes

Grab a friend and make some art you can eat

If you're looking for a unique date night in the Worcester area or something new to do with friends after work, The Cookie Lady's Daughter has you covered.

Veronica founder of The Cookie Lady's Daughter decorates cookies at a table.

Our themed sip & ice cookie decorating classes offer the perfect chance to get together and try something different.

It doesn't matter if you haven't decorated a cookie since you were a kid. These low-key workshops are all about having a great time.

Veronica, owner of The Cookie Lady's Daughter, will teach you how to outline, flood, and add Insta-worthy details to sugar cookies using royal icing. You'll have time to catch up with your loved ones, make new friends, and enjoy drinks from a local brewery, winery, or cafe.
At the end of the class, you'll take home your six beautiful cookies, a cookie decorated by The Cookie Lady’s Daughter herself, plus our go-to recipes. Share your cookies and impress your friends or eat them all yourself (this is a judgment-free zone!).

"Veronica is truly the best at what she does. Her sparkly personality, patience, and passion around what she does are just a few things that make her the best cookier! I've attended multiple Sip & Ice decorating classes and love to bring new people to try out this super fun activity with delicious treats to take home. . . Veronica has such creative ideas around what she does and somehow finds ways to make cookies even MORE fun!

FAQs

When is your next decorating class?

The Cookie Lady's Daughter hosts 2–3 cookie decorating classes per month on weeknights at breweries, wineries, and cafes across Central Massachusetts.
Please visit our Eventbrite Page for upcoming classes and to sign up. If you don't see a class you can attend, browse previous events and click "Follow" to get notified when we add new dates.

What is the age range for your classes?

Everyone is welcome and if your kids are okay hanging out at a brewery until 9 pm, feel free to get them a ticket to join you! The level of instruction is aimed at adults, but we've had enthusiastic young decorators enjoy class with a parent.

What if I consider myself suuuper unartistic? Will I still like this?

Our decorating classes are about enjoying a local brew, hanging out, and learning to put icing on sugar cookies. No art critiques—promise! With step-by-step guidance, your cookies may look better than you expect. Worst case, if they aren’t everything you hoped they would be, eat ’em fast, and no one will ever know.

Is the cost of alcohol included in the ticket price?

The ticket price does not include drinks, though sipping while icing is highly encouraged. You will have time to refill when needed. Always decorate responsibly. ;) No outside alcohol is permitted.

What are your COVID safety policies?

Each class participant gets their own set of sanitized decorating tools to use during class. We follow the Covid policies of the businesses that host our classes. You are welcome to mask at your discretion. We ask that our unvaccinated friends please mask up.
